Illuminating Lives with Biblical Truth and the Hope of Jesus Christ

Light In Darkness, LIT exists to bring biblical truth, hope, and practical discipleship to people seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

Founded by Alison C. Holt, Light In Darkness, LIT was created with a simple mission: to help people move from spiritual confusion to biblical understanding through Christ-centered teaching, encouragement, and resources.

In a world filled with noise, uncertainty, and competing voices, we believe God’s Word remains the ultimate source of truth, wisdom, and transformation. Our goal is to make biblical principles understandable, accessible, and applicable to everyday life.

Light In Darkness serves as the parent ministry and teaching platform behind initiatives such as Bible Basics Builder (BBB), which focuses on helping new and growing believers develop strong foundations in prayer, Bible study, Christian living, and spiritual growth.
